Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and BXC Media, India, India ("we", "us"), the operator of Clipnod.
1. The service
Clipnod lets you upload media to your own Google Drive, share review links, and collect comments and approvals. Your files are stored in the Google Drive account you connect, not on our servers. Comments, project names and similar metadata are stored by us so the service can work.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including team members you invite and anyone you send a review link to.
3. Licence and payment
The free trial is limited as described on our website. The lifetime licence is a one-time payment that unlocks the paid features for one workspace for as long as we operate the service. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the service, not yours or ours. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your content. You give us only the permission needed to display it to you, your team and people you share links with. You confirm you have the rights to upload and share what you upload. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes anyone else's rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload the system, resell access, or use it to distribute malware or illegal material.
6. Third-party services
Clipnod depends on Google Drive, Google sign-in, Cloudflare and Razorpay. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Google Drive storage limits and Google's terms apply to your files.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email. Your files remain in your Google Drive regardless.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of files stored in your Google Drive.
9. Termination
You can stop using Clipnod at any time. We may suspend workspaces that breach these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
