Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clipnod has a free trial with every feature (1 project and 3 uploads), so you can try everything before you pay.
No refunds
The lifetime licence is a one-time payment. Once your workspace is unlocked, the payment is non-refundable. Please use the free trial to make sure Clipnod suits you before buying.
Exceptions
- Duplicate or failed payments: if you were charged twice, or money was taken but your workspace was not unlocked, contact us and we will either unlock your workspace or refund the extra or failed charge in full.
- Service not working: if Clipnod cannot work for you because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix, we will refund you as required by applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel. You pay once and will never be charged again.
